What data do we process?

When you submit the booking inquiry form, we process the name, email address, phone number, country, number of adults and children, check-in and check-out dates, and the message you provide.

Purpose of processing

The data is used to handle your booking inquiry, reply to your message, keep contact, coordinate arrival details and process your request.

Legal basis

The legal basis is taking steps before a possible booking and processing the data voluntarily provided by the inquirer for contact purposes.

Data storage

In addition to email delivery, submitted booking inquiries are recorded in an access-protected database operated on the hosting account. This ensures that the inquiry remains retrievable and manageable if an email is lost or a technical mail-delivery error occurs.

Retention period

Inquiries are retained for up to 12 months or until the communication is closed, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Data processors

The hosting and email service provider may technically participate in processing. The website and email service run on Rackforest hosting.
