An apartment is most useful when you need more than a place to sleep. When travelling with family or friends, separate rooms, a shared living area and practical everyday facilities can make sightseeing much more comfortable.
Separate bedroom and shared living room
A separate bedroom allows different routines without everyone disturbing each other. The living room works for breakfast, evening conversation or rest, and a sofa bed can provide additional sleeping space.
Flat Margaret includes a bedroom with a double bed, a living room, sofa bed and extra bed, accommodating up to 5 guests in total.
A full kitchen for a multi-day stay
Having a kitchen does not mean cooking every day. It is useful for breakfast, children’s food, tea or a simple evening meal. On longer stays, a refrigerator, oven, hob and dining area can be especially practical.
Washing machine, lift and balcony
For families with young children or longer stays, a washing machine can reduce how much you need to pack. A lift helps with luggage and pushchairs, while the balcony provides an extra space for morning coffee or evening rest.
Getting around as a family
The Margit Boulevard location means tram lines 4 and 6 are close, while Margaret Island, the Millenáris area, the Danube riverbank and several Buda attractions are easy to reach. Not every activity requires a long journey or taxi.
Apartment or hotel?
A hotel may be better if you want a full reception service, daily housekeeping or breakfast on site. An apartment can be more practical when you value extra space, a private kitchen, laundry facilities and a shared living room.
Do not compare only the nightly price. Check the room layout, total capacity, transport links and whether the facilities match the group’s daily routine.
